Perfect for a refreshing one day swimming pool, hot tub, gym and sauna at Novotel albustan AD. Child access is also available and staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Lara & Ms. Mansari for their assistance during our stay. Highly recommended ❤️

Terrible service by reception and the manager.

The service was terrible beginning with the reception until the manager. Every room was supposed to have towels and an iron, but when I entered the room there were no towels and iron. I have called the reception more than 7 times, in every time I called they told me to wait for a few minutes and I will get it but I have waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had an appointment and I couldn’t get to it because of the delay of the services. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
